• Infrastructure Administration: Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, endpoints, patching, backups, and general systems operations. \n

• Security Operations: Monitor XDR/MDR alerts, assist with incident investigations, coordinate remediation, and support vulnerability management and security hardening. \n

• PKI & Certificate Management: Own DigiCert administration, manage SSL/TLS certificates and renewals, maintain certificate inventories, and troubleshoot certificate-related issues. \n

• Network Security: Support firewall policies, DNS, access controls, and network security in collaboration with IT teams. \n

• Monitoring & Documentation: Maintain system and security documentation, track certificate expirations, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce risk. \n

• Client Support: Communicate technical issues, remediation steps, and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and clients as needed. \n

• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a similar technical role. \n

• Working knowledge of security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and remediation. \n

• Experience managing digital certificates, PKI, SSL/TLS, or a similar certificate management platform. \n

• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, firewalls, and network troubleshooting. \n

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. \n
