Business Development Executive - IT Lifecycle Service

As we continue to expand our IT Lifecycle Services offering, we’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to help identify and develop new opportunities across the UK technology channel.

Working closely with our Channel Sales Manager and wider commercial team, you’ll play a key role in creating and qualifying sales opportunities, developing channel relationships, and building a strong pipeline across our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), IT Engineering, Staging & Deployment and IT Logistics and Storage services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and helping drive business growth within a rapidly expanding sector.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, engage and develop new opportunities with VARs, MSPs, distributors, OEMs and enterprise organisations.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building.
• Support the Channel Sales Manager by developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities.
• Arrange customer meetings, discovery calls and partner introductions.
• Research target accounts, market trends and channel opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decisionmakers across the IT channel ecosystem.
• Promote Crown Workspace’s IT Lifecycle Services portfolio and value proposition.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, activity reporting and pipeline visibility.
• Support marketing campaigns, industry events and lead generation activities.
• Work closely with operational and technical teams to understand customer requirements and service capabilities.

• IT logistics, warehousing and inventory management
• Refurbishment and remarketing services

• Experience in business development, sales development, lead generation or channel development within the technology sector.
• Knowledge of IT Engineering, ITAD, IT Lifecycle Services, IT Logistics, MSPs, VARs or related technology services would be advantageous.
• Strong networking, communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to prospecting and opportunity generation.
• Confidence engaging with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and CRM discipline.
• Self-motivated, resilient and driven to achieve results.
• Have an understanding and awareness of cultural sensitivity.
