Job description

We are seeking an IT Deployment Technician to perform the installation of four (4) credit card terminals. The technician will be responsible for the physical installation, connection, and validation of the devices.

Scope of Work

  • Install four (4) new credit card machines.
  • Connect each device to the designated workstation or PC.
  • Verify that each device powers on and establishes a successful connection to the workstation.
  • Perform basic functionality checks to confirm proper hardware connectivity.
  • Configuration of the devices will be handled remotely by the client’s internal team; no advanced configuration is required onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Complete installation in a professional and timely manner.
  • Confirm all devices are properly connected and ready for remote configuration.
  • Report installation completion to the project coordinator.
  • Escalate any connectivity or hardware issues encountered during deployment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Experience with basic IT hardware installations and deployments.

  • Familiarity with workstation peripherals and USB/network connectivity.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently onsite.
  • Professional customer-facing demeanor.
