IT Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team and provide technical services to our customers. A successful candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as a strong understanding of network infrastructure. The IT Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, providing guidance on the use of our products, and deploying endpoints and equipment, both over the phone and on-site at customer locations (reliable transportation required). We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service., * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks, including running cable.
• Perform regular maintenance on computers and networks.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Monitor system performance and security.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve system performance.
• Develop and document IT procedures.
• You must have at least 2 years of help desk or software support related experience. Hardware-only experience is not sufficient for this position.
