Workday Solution Architect

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, enterprise architecture, integration strategy, and global HR technology transformation., * Assess the existing SAP SuccessFactors HR technology landscape.

• Conduct functional fit-gap analysis between SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Define future-state HR technology architecture.
• Develop integration strategy and target-state integration architecture.
• Evaluate third-party applications, payroll, time tracking, recruiting, and learning platforms.
• Define data migration, governance, security, and compliance strategies.
• Develop implementation cost estimates and five-year TCO analysis.
• Prepare risk assessments, feasibility reports, and executive recommendations.
• Build a phased transformation roadmap and migration strategy.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

• 12+ years of HRIS / HR Technology experience.
• 5+ years of Workday Solution Architecture experience.
• Multiple full-cycle Workday implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Talent, Compensation, Performance, Reporting, and Analytics.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC, Compensation, Performance, Goals, Succession, Calibration, and Learning.
• Enterprise integration architecture and middleware expertise.
• Workday integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party connectivity.
• Data migration, security, GDPR, and compliance experience.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Workday certifications, SuccessFactors-to-Workday migration experience, and life sciences or regulated industry experience.
