Computer Hardware Technician and Tester Consultant

• Assemble and disassemble PC hardware, displays, and other computer accessories to configure and maintain the hardware testing lab environment. \n

• Execute hardware and software tests using established test plans and document results. \n

• Maintain test documentation, including test plans, results, issue logs, and technical reports. \n

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identify potential root causes, and document findings. \n

• Monitor lab equipment and inventory used for testing and report equipment or supply needs. \n

• Review existing test scripts and identify opportunities to support test automation. \n

• Collaborate with hardware R&D and software engineering teams to reproduce technical issues, collect diagnostic logs, and provide detailed findings to support investigation and resolution. \n

• At least 2 years of professional work experience assembling and disassembling PC hardware. \n

• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills, including root-cause analysis and technical documentation. \n

• At least 2 years of professional work experience in a test technician role, with some experience supporting test planning, coordinating testing activities, or communicating test results. \n

• Strong analytical, communication, and technical reporting skills.
