IT Program Manager

This role is based in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite. As an IT Program Manager on a contract basis, you’ll lead complex program initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and leverage automation to enhance delivery workflows., * Lead multi-team programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Translate business strategies into actionable plans with clear milestones and deliverables.

• Provide detailed reporting using real-time data for delivery and operational health.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth program delivery.

• Significant experience in leading multi-team delivery in product or enterprise environments.
• Experience in roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Proficiency in delivery planning, documentation, and workflow tools.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and AI-accelerated workflows.
