SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant

You’ll join an international HR IT team, working on a modern SAP SuccessFactors + H4S4 landscape.

• Develop Learning, Performance & Goals and Recruiting
• Support upcoming Employee Central & Talent projects
• Work on future EC Time Management & EC Payroll projects
• Build integrations using CPI, REST & OData
• Work closely with HR, Key Users and IT
• Support SuccessFactors projects, workshops and 2nd-level support

• 3+ years’ SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
• Good hands-on SuccessFactors knowledge
• Experience with SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Ideally Employee Central experience
• Integration experience, ideally CPI, REST or OData
• SAP HCM / H4S4 knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication skills and English
• Comfortable working with HR and international teams
