Beyond technical skill, this role demands a confident communicator and team leader - someone who can conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, translate business needs into technical plans, and present clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Equally important is a forward-looking mindset around artificial intelligence and emerging technology and brings a solid foundation in software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD practices, and full-stack development, paired with the strategic thinking, * 7+ years of professional software development experience.

  • 2+ years in a lead, senior, or technical leadership role.
  • Strong experience coding in Java
  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript libraries such as Vue.js, React, Angular, etc.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and API development.
  • Experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor developers and present confidently to leadership.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical plans and execution strategies.

Bonus Experience of the Lead Software Engineer:

  • Experience working in regulated industries (finance, banking, healthcare, insurance, etc.).
  • RPA certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or others).
  • Exposure to AI frameworks, APIs, or LLM-based development (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, AWS Bedrock).
  • Background in full-stack development with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying RPA solutions in production environments.
