IT Program Manager- Mobile App Development # 26-26599

• Strong Program Management experience leading large-scale software delivery programs.
• Deep SAFe Agile experience including PI Planning, dependency management, and Agile delivery practices.
• Mobile application delivery experience supporting iOS and/or Android development teams.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Clienture DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
• Experience leading distributed global teams.
• Experience working with offshore development teams.
• Airline, travel, or customer-facing digital product experience.
• Technical background in software engineering or architecture.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, * 9+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
• Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholder
• Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
• Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally, * 9+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
• Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization
• Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
• Participation in scaled agile frameworks
