Project Manager - Mobile Applications

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in Mobile Application to lead high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams in delivering cutting-edge mobile solutions for iOS and Android platforms. In this role, you will champion Agile/SAFe best practices, optimize the end-to-end delivery pipeline from ideation to production release, and partner closely with Product Owners and enterprise stakeholders to drive predictable, high-value value streams.

• Agile & Scrum Coaching: Enable teams and stakeholders to adopt and master Professional Scrum, SAFe frameworks, and modern agile engineering techniques.
• Release & Program Execution: Drive large-scale software delivery programs with a specific focus on cross-functional mobile application development (iOS & Android).
• Transparency & Impediment Removal: Actively surface barriers to change, maintain clear information radiators, and lead impediment resolution to foster a high-performing, self-organizing culture.
• Product Backlog & Empirical Planning: Coach Product Owners and managers on backlog hygiene, refinement strategies, and empirical, data-driven product roadmapping.
• Continuous Learning Culture: Facilitate retrospectives, post-increment evaluations, and continuous experimentation loops to elevate team maturity and operational excellence.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional work experience).
• Experience: 9+ years of relevant professional experience driving large-scale software delivery within fast-paced Agile environments.
• Core Mobile Focus: Proven background leading cross-functional software delivery programs specifically supporting native or hybrid mobile application development teams (iOS / Android).
• SAFe & Agile Mastery: Deep practical expertise in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe), including PI Planning, complex dependency management, and enterprise agile ceremonies.
• Leadership Competencies: Strong foundation in servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, team empowerment, and cross-functional collaboration., * Certifications: SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMP, or equivalent recognized delivery credentials.
• Toolchain Ecosystem: Extensive hands-on administration and workflow management experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
• Global Team Leadership: Demonstrated success driving delivery across distributed, multicultural, and offshore/onshore engineering models.
• Industry Background: Prior experience within the airline, travel, e-commerce, or high-traffic consumer-facing digital product sectors.
• Technical Fluency: A working technical background in software engineering, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud architecture.
