Kaiser Permanente seeks an IT Infrastructure Engineer IV to design, implement, and optimize highly available database infrastructure supporting mission-critical healthcare systems. You will architect secure, scalable database platforms, automate deployment and monitoring, and ensure performance, reliability, and compliance. Partnering with developers and security teams, you’ll troubleshoot complex issues, manage backup and recovery, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment with strong growth opportunities., * Design and implement scalable, highly available database infrastructure for healthcare systems.

• Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to improve database reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and peers.
