The Senior Growth Lead is a hybrid leadership and hands-on role. You will lead a small team of media buyers, own client relationships, build forecasts, and partner closely with our creative team to shape winning ad strategies. This is a high-impact role for someone who has scaled DTC brands on Meta, communicates clearly with clients, and enjoys mentoring other buyers as much as driving the numbers themselves.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of media buyers, setting clear standards for performance, process, and account hygiene. Review campaign structures, budgets, and pacing across the team to ensure accounts are set up to scale efficiently. Run regular team check-ins and provide ongoing feedback, training, and career development.
Client Strategy & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading calls and building strong, trusted relationships. Translate client goals into clear growth strategies and account roadmaps. Present performance updates, insights, and recommendations in a clear, confident, and proactive way. Manage client expectations around performance, timelines, and testing.
Media Buying & Scaling
- Plan, build, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to scale brands profitably. Own account-level KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, spend, and contribution margin. Identify scaling opportunities and diagnose performance issues quickly and methodically.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Build and maintain spend, revenue, and performance forecasts for clients and internal planning. Track results against targets and clearly communicate progress, risks, and adjustments.
Creative Strategy
- Partner with the creative team to develop and brief high-performing ad concepts (static, video, UGC). Analyze creative performance and turn data into actionable testing roadmaps. Help define angles, hooks, and messaging based on audience insights and results.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Social media advertising campaigns?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 4+ years managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads). 2+ years assisting in or owning creative strategy for paid social. 2+ years in a client-facing role, speaking directly with clients. Hands-on experience with DTC Shopify ecommerce brands in the $1M-$50M annual revenue range. C2-level English (full professional / near-native) - written and spoken. Based in Latin America, able to work with strong overlap with U.S. business hours.
Core Skills
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager: campaign structure, audiences, budget strategy, and scaling. Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with metrics like ROAS, CPA, CAC, AOV, and contribution margin. Proven ability to scale ad accounts profitably, not just maintain them. Clear, confident communicator who can lead client calls and explain strategy simply. Organized and reliable, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading or mentoring other media buyers. Familiarity with additional paid channels (TikTok Ads, Google Ads, YouTube). Experience with tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion, or other ecommerce analytics/creative platforms. Background working inside a marketing agency environment., * Bachelor’s (Required)

Compensation & Benefits
