Job description

Network Operations Engineer (5-8 yrs) with experience supporting enterprise network operations in 24/7 environments, including LAN/WAN, wireless, and external connectivity for voice, video (VTC), and data services in high-availability environments

Requirements

  • Strong in routing & switching (Cisco) with proven incident troubleshooting/resolution (multiple concurrent issues).
  • Monitoring/performance management, and break-fix/provisioning support across routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers., * Experience with change management processes and documentation (incidents, configs, procedures).
  • Bachelor’s degree (Network/IT/CS or related) and CCNA or higher (CCNP preferred)
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
