Agile Delivery Manager - Digital App

We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across the lifecycle of a digital application product, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Analytics, Architecture, and Security teams. This is a Contract-to-Perm opportunity, though full-time candidates will also be considered.

Important location requirement: we are looking for candidates who are currently local to Florida or willing to relocate to the Downtown Miami, FL area. This role requires working onsite three days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end digital product delivery from discovery and planning through development, testing, release, and post-launch stabilization.
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and escalations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders on roadmaps, backlogs, milestones, and release commitments.
• Drive release readiness, delivery reporting, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain delivery workflows, dashboards, and tracking using Jira and Confluence.
• Leverage AI assistants, Copilots, and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, reporting, backlog quality, and delivery efficiency.

• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, software product delivery, or program management.
• At least 4 years leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing mobile applications or digital app capabilities across iOS and/or Android.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, release planning, backlog management, and delivery governance.
• Experience managing RAID items, risks, dependencies, and executive escalations.
• Practical experience using AI assistants, Copilots, or AI-enabled delivery tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be currently local to Florida or willing to relocate to Downtown Miami, FL, and able to work onsite three days per week.

Nice to Have

• CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent certification.
• Experience with mobile app releases, App Store / Google Play submission processes, feature flags, and production support. xrbllit
• Background in travel, hospitality, ecommerce, or high-volume consumer digital environments.
