Salesforce Technical lead Architect

· Work within the managed package runtime, ensuring proper use of namespaced objects and components.

· Salesforce Multi-Cloud Delivery

· Deliver solutions across: Sales Cloud - automation, data modeling, complex business processes

· Experience Cloud - portals, authenticated experiences, security models

· Data Cloud - data unification, identity resolution, insights activation

· Build scalable, performant enterprise solutions involving multiple Salesforce clouds.

Integration & Architecture

· Implement integrations using MuleSoft (API-led connectivity, RAML, experience/process/system APIs).

· Integrate with Salesforce via REST/SOAP APIs and external enterprise systems.

· Support OmniOut deployments across external websites or systems.

· Work with architects to design scalable, extensible, component-based architecture.

Enterprise Delivery & Collaboration

· Lead technical discussions, provide estimates, and guide design decisions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams-business, QA, architecture, integration, and product.

· Mentor junior developers and ensure coding best practices.

· Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Drive end-to-end delivery-design, build, test, deploy, and support.

· We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with deep hands-on expertise across OmniStudio (Vlocity) and broader Salesforce multi-cloud solutions. The ideal candidate is not only senior in years of experience but has a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations with strong architecture awareness, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

· This role requires advanced proficiency in OmniStudio (Managed Package) components along with real-world delivery experience across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, and Data Cloud., · Core Salesforce & OmniStudio Skills

· Extensive hands-on experience with OmniStudio for Managed Packages (Vlocity runtime).

· Deep proficiency in: OmniScripts

· FlexCards / Vlocity Cards

· DataRaptors (all types)

· Integration Procedures

· Vlocity Templates

· Strong understanding of Salesforce and managed package data models.

· Familiarity with LWC concepts as used within OmniStudio.
