Job description
Working in an impressive variety of settings, the quality control technicians are responsible for maintaining quality-assurance processes, testing products and recording/analyzing results during product development, manufacturing, and delivery. The products being tested range from concrete materials; fresh concrete to hardened concrete. Quality Control Technicians follow through on set processes and ensure adherence to best production practices and product quality standards, as well as monitoring the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of product output. Quality Control Technicians work as part of an integrated team, excellent interpersonal communication skills are crucial. Quality Control Technicians will be required to obtain ACI & TxDOT Certifications.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * No high school diploma, * Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers and other personnel in person, on the telephone & electronically.

Self-motivated - Has the ability to perform duties with minimal/no supervision.

Excellent Time Management & Planning Skills

Must have desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process & product quality & reliability.

Solid understanding of plant practices & quality control procedures.

Computer Skills - Microsoft Office Proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
