SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM Architect

ERP SAVVY are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM Execution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production planning and quality management processes within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. Your expertise will help ensure seamless integration and efficient operations across our manufacturing and quality assurance functions., * Solution Design and Architecture: Provide architectural oversight for master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Work Centers, Routing, and Inspection Plans.

• Business Process Integration: Ensure seamless integration of PP and QM with other SAP modules, including MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Implementation and Configuration: Configure SAP PP and QM modules, including production orders, process orders, inspection lots, and results recording.
• Optimization: Implement and optimize MRP Live, Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP), and capacity leveling functionalities.
• Quality Management: Support the deployment of in-process quality checks, nonconformance management, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and any changes made.

Do you have experience in Software implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 12+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM configuration and implementation, with a proven track record in S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP PP features like MRP Live, Production Scheduling Board, and Demand Planning. Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes, including inspection planning, quality notifications, and results recording.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with SAP Fiori, CDS views, and embedded analytics. Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) is a plus.
