Application Support Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business where you’ll play a key role in maintaining application performance, resolving technical issues and driving continuous system improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Support and maintain core business applications including ERP and other business applications.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents and service requests.
• Work with third-party suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot system issues.
• Support application changes, upgrades and testing activities.
• Monitor integrations, data flows and operational processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve system functionality and performance.

Essential

• Previous experience in an Application Support Analyst or similar role.
• Experience supporting ERP and other applications.
• Good SQL skills.
• Experience working with .NET.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
