Application Support Analyst

• Support and maintain core business applications, including ERP and other business applications
• Investigate and resolve application incidents and service requests
• Work with third-party suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot system issues
• Support application changes, upgrades and testing activities
• Monitor integrations, data flows and operational processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve system functionality and performance
• Participate in an on-call support rota when required

• Previous experience in an Application Support Analyst or similar role
• Experience supporting ERP and other applications
• Good SQL skills
• Experience working with .NET
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
