Role: S/4 HANA Public Cloud Consultant Spain/Andorra Country Localization (focus area: Finance), We are looking for an experienced S/4 HANA Public Cloud consultant with deep expertise in Spain/Andorra country-specific localization in the area of Finance

• The consultant acts as a subject matter expert, supporting customers internal implementation team during their self-led rollout

Tasks:

• Act as subject matter expert for Spain and Andorra country-specific Finance localization in S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Support customer’s internal implementation team during self-led rollout
• Guide and advise on Spain localization configuration within S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
• Advise on Andorra localization, covering countries without dedicated standard localization in SAP
• Configure and extend localization using the Cloud Localization Toolkit (CLT)
• Support tax configuration and statutory reporting requirements for Spain and Andorra
• Identify and apply available extensibility options where standard localization is insufficient
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to the customer’s team

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition deep Finance module knowledge

• Spain country localization expertise (tax, statutory reporting, legal requirements)
• Andorra localization knowledge, including non-standard country handling in S/4HC
• Cloud Localization Toolkit (CLT) hands-on configuration experience
• Understanding of tax and statutory reporting obligations in Spain and Andorra
• Knowledge of S/4HC extensibility capabilities (BAdIs, key user extensibility)
• Strong communication and advisory skills

• Delivery Scope Description : 1. Purpose of EngagementThis engagement provides independent expertise in Spain and Andorra Finance localization for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, supporting a customer-led implementation rollout. The engagement is limited to 5 days and must be completed by 31 December 2026.2. Scope of Service Tasks, Deliverables, Acceptance Criteria, SLAsTask 1 Spain Localization Assessment (2 days)1. Task: Analyse Finance configuration against Spain localization requirements in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, covering tax and statutory reporting.2. Deliverable: Gap assessment document with required configuration actions.3. Acceptance Criteria: Document covers all relevant Finance localization areas and is acknowledged by the customer’s project lead.4. SLA: Delivered within 2 days of engagement start; engagement to begin as soon as possible, no later than 31 December 2026.Task 2 Andorra Localization Design and CLT Configuration (2 days)1. Task: Design Andorra localization approach and configure the Cloud Localization Toolkit (CLT) for both countries, applying available configuration and extensibility options.2. Deliverable: Design document and CLT configuration with documented rationale per localization requirement.3. Acceptance Criteria: Configuration validated against defined requirements; design document signed off by the customer’s internal team.4. SLA: Delivered within 2 days of Task 1 completion.Task 3 Knowledge Transfer (1 day)1. Task: Produce guidance enabling the customer’s team to maintain and extend the localization configuration independently after engagement completion.2. Deliverable: Knowledge transfer document covering configuration decisions, extensibility options applied, and maintenance instructions.3. Acceptance Criteria: Document confirmed as sufficient by the customer’s project lead.4. SLA: Delivered by end of engagement; total engagement not to exceed 5 days.—–3. Escalation PathIf a deliverable is rejected or not submitted on time, the SAP contact person is notified immediately. A correction plan is agreed within two business days; re-work is performed at no additional cost where rejection results from non-conformance with agreed acceptance criteria.4. Task CoordinationCommunication for clarifying deliverables and providing feedback will take place with the designated SAP contact person. The worker independently determines the method, manner, and timing of performing the work. No instructions or supervision will be provided, in alignment with SEW/PSW engagement rules.5. Compliance StatementThis engagement is outcome-based and defined by specific tasks and deliverables. The worker independently determines the method, manner, timing, and sequence of the work. SAP does not provide instructions on how to perform the work and does not integrate the worker into internal teams or operational processes. The engagement is limited to the defined deliverables, has a clear start and end, and does not involve ongoing or employee-like activities. Communication is limited to clarification of deliverables and provision of feedback after submission.
