Technical Lead/Full-Stack Developer

· Review business processes and business requirements and translate them to functional/technical requirements. · Perform requirements analysis to identify gaps and impacts to existing code and functionality. · Develop and document the technical design leveraging approved client tools/technologies/methodologies. · Develop web-based application code for web, working in an Agile environment · Participate and contribute to software development best practices such as unit testing, code reviews. · Investigate and resolve issues/defects, independently · Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in data pipelines and APIs · Excellent oral, written and presentation communications skills required, including the ability to work with analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.

Technical Leadership, Technical Leadership, Business Processes, Requirements Management, Technical/Engineering Design, Documentation, Agile Programming Methodologies, Internet Application, Web Programming, Software Development, · 6+ years’ of Programming experience · Strong knowledge of ReactJs, .NET framework · Hands-on experience building and deploying APIs and Azure Functions using C# or Python · Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks (ETL pipelines) · Proactive leadership skills and ability to ask relavant questions and assess risks and potential issues · Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues · Strong understanding of object-oriented programming · Microsoft SQL · Experience in relational databases, including Azure SQL and Amazon RDS, with the ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures · Understanding of relational data modeling principles to design efficient database schemas · Code versioning tool Git to track changes to code and configurations · Knowledge of CSS, HTML5, JQuery
