Job description

The SQL Developer will design, develop, and optimize complex database solutions in support of enterprise data initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in SQL programming, relational database design, and performance tuning to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions., Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views. Optimize existing database structures and queries to improve performance and scalability. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions. Perform data modeling and schema design for new and existing applications. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards. Troubleshoot database issues including performance bottlenecks and query optimization. Support ETL processes and contribute to data integration initiatives. Maintain documentation for database structures and enhancements. Stay current with database technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Computer science?, Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience as a SQL Developer or Database Developer. Advanced proficiency in SQL programming. Strong experience with relational database management systems. Proven expertise in query optimization and database performance tuning. Experience supporting ETL processes and data integration efforts. Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical details into business terms., Experience with data warehousing and reporting tools. Familiarity with version control systems. Prior experience working in complex enterprise environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
