Job description

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for healthcare and life science data
  • Analyze complex biomedical and clinical datasets to generate actionable insights
  • Build scalable data pipelines for research and production environments
  • Collaborate with scientists, researchers, and engineering teams on data projects
  • Clean, process, and transform large datasets for modeling and analysis
  • Evaluate and optimize ML models for accuracy, reliability, and performance
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to support research findings
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI, bioinformatics, and data science

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or related field

  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Experience with statistical modeling and data analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with healthcare or life science datasets is a plus
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and data engineering tools preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in research-driven environments
