IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our systems and technology are running smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to provide the best possible care to our patients., Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients on a variety of hardware and software issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance
• Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity
• Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets
• Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions
• Train employees on the use of new technology and software
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with network and server management
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and software
