IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems, as well as providing technical support to our staff., * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and network equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by staff, including hardware, software, and network problems
• Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
• Manage user accounts and permissions, and provide user support and training as needed
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT systems and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong technical skills in Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and network infrastructure
• Experience with server administration, virtualization, and cloud services
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus
