IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our systems and technology are running smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to provide the best possible care to our patients., * Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients on a variety of hardware and software issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance
• Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity
• Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets
• Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions
• Train employees on the use of new technology and software
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with network and server management
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and software
