Job description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to lead and enhance security initiatives across both enterprise IT and manufacturing Operational Technology (OT) environments. This is a highly visible role that offers broad ownership across the security stack, direct interaction with leadership, and the opportunity to influence the organization’s cybersecurity strategy.

This position is ideal for a hands-on security professional who enjoys diving deep into technical environments while also partnering with management to drive security initiatives, risk reduction, and operational excellence., * Architect and implement cybersecurity solutions across IT and OT environments

  • Design, maintain, and enhance enterprise security architecture and standards
  • Lead security initiatives from planning through execution
  • Manage and improve threat detection, monitoring, and prevention capabilities
  • Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, and vulnerability management activities
  • Support incident response, threat hunting, and forensic investigations
  • Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and vendors on security initiatives
  • Present security metrics, findings, and recommendations to management
  • Drive security improvements across manufacturing and industrial environments
  • Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on security best practices

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vulnerability management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 4+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience

  • Experience securing manufacturing or Operational Technology (OT) environments
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), HMIs, PLCs, and SCADA environments
  • Experience with network security, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, and security monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise security architecture and security operations
  • Strong understanding of security tools and technologies across the security stack
  • Experience leading security initiatives and driving projects independently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Trend Vision One, Trend Micro solutions, or similar security platforms
  • Experience with Forescout or network visibility/security monitoring solutions
  • Experience managing Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
  • Knowledge of certificate lifecycle management and certificate automation tools
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures
  • Experience with SOC, ISO 27001, CMMC, or similar compliance frameworks
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP are a plus
