Jr. User Interface Designer / UI/UX Designer [Onsite]

We are seeking a talented User Interface Designer to join our team in our Exton PA office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and have a passion for creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring innovative ideas to life across various platforms, including e-commerce and mobile applications.

** No remote work or visa sponsorship. You must be able to commute to our ExtonPA office every day. ****

Duties

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define business requirements and ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal performance across various devices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Apply design patterns and web accessibility standards to enhance usability for all users.

Do you have experience in Wireframing?, * Proficiency with Figma for UI design, wireframing, and prototyping

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Experience with e-commerce, dashboard, and mobile platforms and understanding of business requirements related to digital design.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for project management is a plus
