Job description
We support to the Government on all matters (technical and otherwise) involving the security of the information system. We assist in the development of the system security policy and ensure compliance with that policy on a routine basis. We provide support for a program, organization, system or enclave’s information assurance program or RMF implementation. We maintain appropriate operational security posture for an information system or program. We perform day-to-day security operations and assist in managing the security aspects of systems. We develop and maintain system security plans (SSPs), and other associated authorization documents. We assess the security impact of proposed system changes. This role is able to serve as ISSO, ISSM, and with sufficient experience, Cybersecurity SME. We are looking for all levels of experience (entry through senior).
Requirements
Do you have experience in System risk assessment (security system operation)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (4 yrs of related experience can substitute for the degree!) Cybersecurity certification is desired, but not required for entry level. Certifications may be required for higher levels. Related experience must be in I.T., Cybersecurity, or Security Authorization fields. These roles start at 0 experience, through senior levels.
