Job description

  • Provides support for implementation, daily operations and configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of general or specialized Information Technology (IT) systems.
  • Maintains user accounts, access control, and system security configuration.
  • Maintain baseline system security according to organizational policies.
  • Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
  • Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
  • Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems.
  • Experienced in usage, maintenance and management of IA systems and tools.
  • Plan, execute and verify data redundancy and system recovery procedures.
  • Assists the Government with the creation of custom system environments.
  • Provides technical management, operations and maintenance of specialized and general Government Information Assurance (IA) systems in support of mission requirements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in IT department experience?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, We are looking for IT professionals, able to multitask and ready to further important US Gov’t missions in the DC/VA/MD area., Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (4 yrs of related experience can substitute for the degree!) Cybersecurity and OS certification is required. Related experience must be in I.T. support roles. These positions start at 0 experience, through senior levels.
