The Role

You will lead and manage our development team, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

You’ll work closely with the Head of SEO to ensure all builds, migrations, and launches follow technical SEO best practices, while also supporting onboarding calls and liaising with clients on technical requirements where needed.

Alongside project delivery, you will oversee development-related support tickets, SEO development requests, hosting management, maintenance tasks, and deployment processes.

We primarily build websites using Beaver Builder to allow greater flexibility for SEO and content management workflows. We also develop custom Gutenberg themes for more complex or bespoke builds, so confidence working across both environments is essential., * Lead, manage, mentor, and train the development team
