Job description

  • Migrate graduate course content into the University’s new Drupal 11 content management system, following agreed templates and standards, to support the planned launch of the new site in late March.
  • Review content for accuracy, readability, accessibility and usability.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the University to coordinate content changes and ensure the content meets strategic goals.

Requirements

We are seeking a Web Migration Assistant. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to use a content management system (Drupal 11) to build and maintain content on the new site. Training will be given if required., * Excellent grammar and attention to detail

  • Awareness of digital accessibility standards (eg WCAG) and commitment to inclusive content
  • Ability to use content management systems (experience with Drupal or similar platforms preferred, though training will be given)
  • Strong communications skills Demonstrable experience creating and editing web content with a clear understanding of best practices for digital writing and user experience

Please be aware that all candidates need to be able to start work immediately and must be able to work on site if required to do so.
