Business Intelligence Analyst

We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to join our consulting team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming data into actionable insights through compelling dashboards and advanced analytics. You’ll work closely with clients to understand business needs, design intuitive visualizations, and deliver solutions that drive strategic decisions., * Design and develop interactive dashboards primarily in Power BI (experience with Qlik is a plus).

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Elicit and translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability, including DAX calculations and advanced visualizations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, KPIs, and actionable insights.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute throughout the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot data and visualization issues; provide technical support for Power BI solutions.
• Assist with data modeling and architecture to support scalable BI solutions.

Do you have experience in SQL databases?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in BI roles with at least 1+ year of hands-on Power BI development (including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).
• Strong understanding of visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SQL; experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and pass a standard background check., * Are you willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations?
