BMS Technician

The BMS Technician will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) controls in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include configuring control systems, performing software programming, conducting diagnostics, assessing system performance, and providing technical support to clients.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, * 5+ years of hands-on experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or a related field

• Solid understanding of DDC control theory: analog/digital I/O, PID loops, closed-loop feedback, and sequences of operation
• Experience with BACnet (IP and MS/TP) protocol and network architecture commissioning
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and control wiring diagrams
• Proficiency with control system programming and commissioning tools
• Competency with standard BMS (CAT-6E) ethernet network architecture, network switches, routers, cabling, etc.
• Competency with standard technician tools: multimeters, calibration devices, loop calibrators, and electronic testers
• Excellent computer skills and strong understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record, * HVAC systems, boiler controls, and energy : 3 years (Required)
• Building Management Systems (BMS) : 3 years (Required)
