IT Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead enterprise technology programs within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale technical initiatives, cross-functional teams, and strategic program delivery. 7 10 years of experience in technology project/program leadership roles Strong experience managing enterprise IT programs and strategic technology initiatives Financial services industry experience preferred IAM (Identity & Access Management) knowledge preferred PMP certification required Scrum Master Certification preferred Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams simultaneously Experience driving program governance, risk management, and executive reporting
