AI SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATOR

Matin Real Estate is looking for an exceptional AI, automation, and systems builder to help create the most technologically advanced real estate brokerage in Oregon.

This is not an IT support role. We need someone who can architect systems, automate workflows, integrate AI, and eliminate inefficiencies throughout our company.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD

• Replace spreadsheets and Google Forms with structured databases and automated workflows
• Build a centralized company dashboard with real-time reporting
• Integrate AI (Claude, GPT, Gemini) into our CRM and daily operations
• Automate repetitive administrative and sales tasks
• Build AI-powered coaching and scenario-training tools for agents and brokers
• Develop automated listing and buyer agreement creation workflows
• Connect our CRM, transaction management, lead generation, marketing, and reporting into one seamless platform, * AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Custom GPTs)
• CRM automation and API integration
• Zapier, Make, n8n
• Database architecture and dashboard development
• Workflow automation and business process optimization
• Software and systems design
