Part-Time Technology & Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Technology & Systems Coordinator to support our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable about AI (Claude and ChatGPT in particular) and enjoys ongoing training, implementing systems, training others, and helping teams operate more effectively.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a self-motivated and fast-paced environment. They enjoy solving problems, implementing new tools, and continuously improving workflows through technology and automation.Position Type

• Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)
• Flexible weekday schedule
• Opportunity for growth as the team expands, * Manage and update company websites and online platforms
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot automations using Zapier and similar tools
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Assist with onboarding new team members, including technology setup, account creation, and software access
• Provide technology training and support for team members
• Manage and organize email systems, templates, and communication workflows
• Support CRM systems and ensure data accuracy
• Learn, implement, and maintain real estate software platforms
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation
• Research and recommend new technologies, software, and process improvements
• Troubleshoot technology issues and coordinate solutions with vendors when necessary
• Assist leadership with special projects and technology initiatives

Do you have experience in Zapier?, * Strong technology and computer skills

• Experience with website management and content updates
• Familiarity with Zapier, automation tools, and system integrations
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-powered productivity tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and training abilities
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new software and technology platforms
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred
