Job description
We are seeking a knowledgeable, engaging, and technology-savvy MYM Platform Trainer to join our team.
The MYM Platform Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to clients and
end users across Massachusetts, both in person and virtually. This role requires expertise in the, * Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on the MYM software platform to healthcare providers, agencies, and staff.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual training programs for new and existing clients.
- Travel throughout Massachusetts to provide onsite training, implementation support, and user education.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, presentations, and other educational resources.
- Assess training needs and tailor instructional approaches to meet client requirements.
- Provide hands-on support and coaching to users during software implementation and adoption.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the MYM platform and its application within MAP-regulated environments.
- Ensure trainees understand system workflows, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with implementation, customer success, and product teams to identify training opportunities and improve user adoption.
- Collect and report feedback from clients to support continuous product and training improvements.
- Stay current on Massachusetts MAP regulations, industry trends, and software enhancements., * Hybrid work environment with a combination of remote work, virtual training sessions, and onsite client visits.
- Frequent travel throughout Massachusetts for in-person training and implementation support.
- Occasional evening or flexible scheduling may be required to accommodate client needs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Massachusetts Medication Administration Program (MAP), strong communication and presentation skills,
and the ability to effectively train users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
The ideal candidate is MAP Certified, has a strong understanding of Massachusetts MAP regulations and
practices, enjoys working directly with clients, and is comfortable traveling throughout the state to conduct, * Current Massachusetts MAP Certification.
- Strong working knowledge of the Massachusetts Medication Administration Program (MAP) and related regulations.
- Experience delivering training, education, coaching, or staff development programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- High level of technical proficiency and comfort learning new software applications.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training engagements.
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training healthcare, human services, or residential care staff.
- Experience implementing or supporting software platforms in healthcare or human services
- settings.
- Experience facilitating virtual training using platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
