ERP & Business Systems Analyst

Easyflex is seeking an ERP & Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the company’s NetSuite ERP platform.

This position will work closely with management, department leaders, third-party implementation consultants, and internal users to support business process analysis, system setup, user support, data management, reporting, and system optimization.

Following implementation, the Analyst will help maintain the ERP system, support users across departments, troubleshoot operational issues, generate business reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This position will also assist with EDI onboarding and customer integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation Support

• Assist with NetSuite ERP implementation activities and project coordination.
• Work with department managers to gather business requirements and document workflows.
• Support data migration, testing, user training, and go-live preparation.
• Coordinate with third-party consultants and implementation partners.
• Track project tasks, timelines, and open issues.

ERP Administration & User Support

• Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite users.
• Assist with user setup, permissions, and system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot basic ERP issues and coordinate resolutions with consultants when needed.
• Maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Support continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Generate and maintain operational and management reports.
• Analyze sales, inventory, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse data.
• Assist management with KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Help identify trends and opportunities through data analysis.

EDI & Systems Integration Support

• Assist with EDI onboarding and customer integration projects.
• Support transaction testing and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and service providers during implementation.
• Maintain EDI documentation and support ongoing connectivity requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of ERP, business systems, operations, accounting, supply chain, or data analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with EDI, system integration, reporting tools, or ERP user support is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
