Job description

· Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits.

· Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training.

· Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL. Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance.

· Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery.

· Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL.

· Design and write Fast Formulas (Payroll/ABS/Benefits/Compensation/Element Eligibility).

· Build OTBI, BIP & Dashboard reports for Business HR & HR Ops teams.

· Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability.

· Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

· 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-functional in implementation or maintenance.

· Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits.

· Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking.

· Technical exposure: Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, HSDL.

· Strong configuration, testing, and issue resolution skills.

· Excellent stakeholder management & documentation abilities.

· Strong ability to identify issues, analyze requirements, and develop effective solutions.

· Strong communication and documentation skills., · Excellent communication & presentation skills for business and technical audiences.

· Strong project management and Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
