Technical Support/Computer Operator

Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist in the Computer Operator position, · Seeking temporary employees to assist with work in the Statewide Financial System

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, · Must be proficient in Excel, and any other general computer entry work

Mandatory/Minimum Qualification, Skills, Experience Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Three to five years of relevant experience

Qualification, Skills, Experience Requirements:

· Software (Windows 10/11, MS O365, Adobe) and Hardware (Laptops/Printers/Scanners)

· Experience with ServiceNow or other ticket or case management software is a plus

· Ability to prepare and maintain standard records and reports

· Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

· IT customer support and training

· Basic troubleshooting scanners and other peripheral devices

· Microsoft Office Suite troubleshoot / desktop support

· Virtual meetings tools including MS Teams, Zoom and WebEx

· MS SharePoint knowledge is desirable

· Maintaining various tracking and database systems

· Data entry and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems

· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel

· The ability to work on a team and handle multiple, shifting priorities

· Good organizational skills

· Preparing a variety of correspondence, reports and other written material

· Professional, respectful, provide great customer service with verbal communication and writing ability. Able to work well with other team staff

· Ability to write non-technical correspondence, communicate in writing

· Ability to communicate with professionals

$25 - $31 an hour - Full-time, Contract
