Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Bilingual Full-cycle Staffing Recruiter to work with us in our branch serving Madison, AL. We are searching for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Candidates who are bilingual are required. Pay Rate $21.00 Schedule and Hours Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, but the ideal candidate can work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed). Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed. Bilingual Full-cycle Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities

• Full- cycle Recruiting
• Applicant screening
• Interviewing

• Adequately judging the quality of an applicant for correct placement

• Process Payroll
• Counseling employees
• Listening to and applying constructive criticism

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, * Bilingual proficiency is required

• Previous full-cycle staffing experience required
• Great Customer Service

• Awesome communication skills

• Comfortable with computers. Be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Ability to think “outside of the box”.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
