Present solution concepts, roadmaps, staffing strategies, and architectures to customer stakeholders.

  • Technology Strategy: Select appropriate tech stacks, platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), languages C#, (.Net Core, Java, Python, low/no-code, etc.), and tools.
  • Guidance & Oversight: Provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, management, and development teams, communicating vision and progress.
  • Modern Practices: Champion Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native principles throughout the lifecycle.
  • Quality & Risk:Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, secure, and cost-effective; manage technical risks.
  • Prototyping & POCs:Develop proofs of concept to validate solutions.
  • Mission Alignment: Ensure that all designed solutions are strategically aligned with the customer’s mission and agency-level goals. Engage directly with Federal and DoD customers to understand mission requirements and technical challenges.
  • Business Development & Capture: Work closely with Business Development (BD), Business Analyst, and Proposal Teams to shape and influence early-stage pursuits and develop tailored technical strategies.
  • Staffing & Execution Planning: Develop staffing plans, levels of effort (LOEs), and work breakdown structures (WBSs) to ensure solutions are executable, cost-effective, and compliant with solicitation requirements. Collaborate with pricing and program management teams to balance technical approach, staffing, and cost competitiveness.
  • Proposal Development: Serve as the lead technical author/reviewer, ensuring that all proposal content is compliant, compelling, and maximizes our Probability of Win (pWin).
