AI Solutions Engineer

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using approved AI platforms
• Develop API-driven integrations across AI, Microsoft, and enterprise systems
• Configure and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) server implementations
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and deliver automation opportunities
• Manage AI solution delivery from intake through deployment and support
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance requirements are met across all solutions
• Evaluate new AI platforms and technologies for enterprise adoption

• Experience building and deploying AI agents or agentic workflows in production environments
• Background in legal technology, professional services, or another compliance-sensitive environment
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) server configuration and deployment
• Familiarity with ethical walls, conflict management systems, and matter-based security models
• Experience integrating large language model APIs and deploying enterprise AI platforms
• Exposure to legal practice management or billing system APIs within enterprise integrations

• Lead enterprise AI initiatives with significant visibility and influence
• Build custom AI agents and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Partner directly with executive leadership and key stakeholders
