Job description

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, networking, and user account issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software in accordance with IT standards
  • Support conference room AV systems and onsite vendor/network activities
  • Collaborate with remote IT teams on system rollouts, patching, and upgrades
  • Maintain IT inventory and assist with equipment lifecycle management

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience supporting multiple environments or locations
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar)
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to commute between San Francisco and South San Francisco sites
  • Bonus: experience with Intune and/or Azure AD
