Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the day-to-day functions of our organization. In this role, you will lead operational teams, drive process improvements, and ensure that business workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with company goals. The Director of Operations serves as a key member of leadership, partnering cross-functionally to deliver results and support organizational growth., * Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency in all processes and deliverables

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborate with department heads, underwriters, analysts, and account management teams to align operational capabilities with business objectives
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies and implement corrective action plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and industry standards
• Oversee technology and systems used in operations, partnering with IT on improvements and implementations
• Lead special projects and organizational initiatives as directed by senior leadership

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, TPA, or stop loss environments strongly preferred
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to executives and clients
• Experience managing budgets and resource planning
• Proficiency with operational tools, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
