We are seeking an experienced Electronic Health Records (EHR) Analyst to analyze, implement, optimize, and support healthcare-focused digital solutions. Requirements

To excel in this position, your background must include strong experience across these core areas:

  • EHR System Expertise: Proven experience with EHR implementation, configuration, structural optimization, and system upgrades within a healthcare setting.
  • Clinical Workflows: Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and patient data management.
  • Compliance & Security: Strong knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance regulations, and data privacy/security frameworks.
  • Data & Reporting: Experience analyzing medical data to build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for internal leadership.
  • Training & End-User Support: Ability to design and deliver technical training programs and troubleshoot issues for clinical and operational staff.
  • Mandatory Background: State Government or Public Sector experience is REQUIRED for this role.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

  • Direct hands-on experience with major EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or MEDITECH.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and data governance.
  • Experience using advanced healthcare reporting and analytics tools.
