We are seeking an experienced Electronic Health Records (EHR) Analyst to analyze, implement, optimize, and support healthcare-focused digital solutions. If you excel at bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical systems while ensuring regulatory compliance, we want you on our team!, * Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for system enhancements that directly improve patient care outcomes.

Requirements
To excel in this position, your background must include strong experience across these core areas:
- EHR System Expertise: Proven experience with EHR implementation, configuration, structural optimization, and system upgrades within a healthcare setting.
- Clinical Workflows: Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and patient data management.
- Compliance & Security: Strong knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance regulations, and data privacy/security frameworks.
- Data & Reporting: Experience analyzing medical data to build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for internal leadership.
- Training & End-User Support: Ability to design and deliver technical training programs and troubleshoot issues for clinical and operational staff.
- Mandatory Background: State Government or Public Sector experience is REQUIRED for this role.
Preferred (Bonus Points)
- Direct hands-on experience with major EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or MEDITECH.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and data governance.
- Experience using advanced healthcare reporting and analytics tools.
