Job description
The SharePoint Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing innovative digital solutions using tools like SharePoint, Office 365, MS Teams, and Power Platform to streamline business processes. The role focuses on maintaining a scalable SharePoint environment aligned with enterprise goals, supporting user adoption through training, and developing automated tools to improve workflows. The Architect will also advise on platform optimization and ensure data is effectively organized and presented for leadership decision-making., The SharePoint Solutions Architect shall plan, design, and implement tailored, innovative digital solutions using available tools such as Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform to support enterprise-level initiatives aimed at streamlining business processes across the organization. The key responsibility of this role includes establishing and maintaining a stable, scalable SharePoint environment aligned with Enterprise business objectives, while also providing training and resources to ensure effective adoption and utilization. The Contractor must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities offered by SharePoint, Office 365, MS Teams, and Power Platform to make informed design decisions and build solutions that meet the Division’s unique needs. Furthermore, the Contractor shall advise the Government on optimizing the use of these platforms to develop and sustain innovative, automated tools that enhance Division workflows. Additionally, the Contractor will support the organization and input of data into the site for IPT and Division leadership, while recommending improvements for delivering that data in accessible, user-friendly formats., * Craft scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements by designing information architecture, site structures, and navigation for optimal usability and performance, while ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Integration of SharePoint with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to streamline workflows and enhance functionality.
- Implement custom solutions for data migration, synchronization, and interoperability with external systems.
- Follow governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security, compliance, and integrity of SharePoint environments.
- Implement access controls, data retention policies, and auditing mechanisms to meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, The applicant shall have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.)
- 2 years of experience in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Solution Architecture, and Implementation Experience.
- 2 years of experience working with tools such as SharePoint, Office 365, MS Teams, and Power Platform making informed design decisions and building solutions.
- Deep understanding of SharePoint platform capabilities, proficiency in configuring SharePoint features, and experience leveraging SharePoint development tools and technologies.
- Experience in project and change management with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required
- Possess the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation including but not limited to briefings, documents, and plans., * Do you have experience with Microsoft Power Platform? Specifically, Power Apps?
