Job description

Insight Global is looking for a Robotic Application Engineer in the Warren, Michigan area. The engineer will be supporting the development of various lab floor projects with robot path and application programming. Additionally, they will be supporting lab floor projects with FANUC robot path and application programming including background apps in KAREL or ladder logic. Support controls engineers with system debug and validation activities.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree

  • 10+ years of experience in robot path & application programming

  • GCCH, GCCS certified

  • Automation system experience

  • Experience with Fanuc G4 & G5 configuration and setup

  • Cobot experience

  • Basic ladder logic - CodeSys preferred

  • Experience with robotic safety system configuration and verification

Benefits & conditions

$40/hr to $45/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
